Shari is passionate about providing financial direction for people in a methodical, practical, and sometimes even lighthearted way. Shari is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who has been in the financial services industry since 1994.

She holds the Certified Professional Consultant on Aging, Registered Retirement Counselor, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and Certified Health Insurance Specialist designations. She is also highly involved in her community and sits on the Board for Community Care Concepts of Woolwich, Wellesley, and Wilmot.

Melissa has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, including over 13 years specializing in comprehensive and complex financial planning. She works closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners/entrepreneurs to deliver customized strategies focused on tax efficiency, retirement planning, investment management and estate preservation, building clarity and confidence in their financial futures. She is recognized for her ability to simplify complex financial concepts, build long-term client relationships, and deliver thoughtful, goal-oriented advice. 

A proud mom of four boys and Mimi to two granddaughters, Melissa is deeply rooted in the communities she works in, actively volunteering and co-chairing initiatives such as Women United and founder of Christmas of Hope for DASO that provides gifts and essentials to moms and their children that are in shelter over the holidays. Driven, experienced and community-focused, Melissa brings both strategic insight and a personal touch to every client relationship.

Michelle brings 15+ years of operations, marketing, and client management experience across a variety of industries to the team, and is passionate about using her expertise to empower others. She continues our tradition of providing an excellent experience to each client. Michelle also employs her skills with many volunteer organizations across Waterloo Region, and is currently the Marketing Lead for the Grand River Ride for Dad: Prostate Cancer Fight Foundation Executive Committee.

Michelle loves the outdoors, riding motorcycles with her husband, and traveling.
